An old purchase order (4500092421) needs to be closed.

The sales order is changed after the MIGO is happened on the PO and the quantities are different on the PO and SO Hence the PO is not allowing to put the delivery completion indicator.

Purchase Order 4500092421 is open as GR for line 40 is done for partially.

When a Delivery complition indicator is set up for the Line it is throughing an error that

" PO 4500092421-00040-0001 quantity 570 is different from SO quantity 565"
The Quantities in the sales order are split ted for Grid Size S in three schedule lines with quantities 565 for one schedule line, 2 EA for one schedule line & 3 EA for another schedule line.
Two out of three schedule lines were applied with a rejection reason Z9 making the sales order quantity as 565.

The Delivery for SO is completed & SO is closed.

To close the Po in we have to apply delivery completion indicator.

Resolution
To close the Po in we have to apply delivery completion indicator.

1. Remove rejection reason in Sales order for the schedule line which has the quantity 3 EA.
2. Match the quantity same as the PO.
3. Apply Delivery completion indicator for line 40 in the PO.
4. Apply Rejection reason back in the sales order,
